Happy Birthday Victor!!

This is a little late....but Victor's birthday was last week (Friday). I surprised him by making reservations at his favorite restaurant, Tucano's. I ended up not needing a reservation because the Jazz game was that night.

Victor decided he wanted to go in style, so he borrowed a Chrysler 300 (my fav. car!) from the dealership next door to the shop (apparently they "owed" him). It was so fun!! I think my favorite part was the GPS System.

After dinner we went and hung out with his friends and had YUMMY Snickers Cake! And the boys played Smash (NOT on Wii, on the 64, they're a little old fashioned :)

First Tooth

Another Cyrus milestone.....he cut his first tooth yesterday!! He just barely turned 5 months! I don't remember Orion getting teeth that young. Cyrus has been a trooper though, more fussy that usual, but he likes chewing on homemade applesauce, frozen into ice cubes and put in his teether feeder.

Sorry, no pics though. My camera is not that cool, and I think I need to get a new one, the flash just isn't the same anymore.

Almost Crawling.....

it's crazy!! Yesterday I spied Cyrus using his arms to scoot over and check out Orion's puzzle he was building. This was just his first go at it.....he is pretty much pro now, except that he can only go forward, so he crawls into the entertainment center and cries because he is hitting his head on it and can't figure out how turn around.

"Double-Me"

Orion has been showing more of an interest in know what letters and numbers are. He recognizes a few litters, O, W, and C mostly. And he knows the numbers 2 and 8.

The funniest thing is the letter W.....

"Mama, what this letter?"

"It's called double-you"

"Huh? Double-Me!"

I laugh, "No, double-YOU"

"Double-me?!"

So, now watermelon starts with "double-me". And we aren't allowed to say double-me, because it's double him, Orion, not double Mommy or Daddy.

Blessing Day

Cyrus was blessed last Sunday, the 27th. We waited so long because more family was going to be up here because of Tim's graduation.

Victor did a great job (especially with it being his first time), he said he was nervous, but you couldn't tell.

I got Cyrus the cutest outfit at the Disney Store (the pants are from TCP though) for 1/2 off the SALE price, I love things like that.
